I am here to help you find joy and peace in your heart and mind and a feeling of lightness and wellbeing in your body. I believe life is much more enjoyable when we have fun and see the world through a more positive lens. And when we are able to find the joy in our lives, we can hear our inner guidance and enhance our wellbeing. By making small adjustments in our daily routines through practices that ease the body, mind and spirit, we can learn to truly love and accept ourselves. This process brings us more joy, peace, confidence and lightness rather than negativity, anxiety and lethargy. I would love to be a guide on your journey towards joyful wellbeing.
A session with me usually lasts about 75 minutes. We begin with a meditation or Reiki treatment to ground and release any mental chaos. We then work together with various tools (from energetics to Ayurveda) to help you on your path to joyful wellbeing.
