I lead small group energy healing meditations. This experience lasts about 60 minutes. During this time I introduce Reiki (what it is and how it works), we have a short discussion about a wellness topic (this can be tailored to your or your clients’ needs), and then I lead a guided meditation with Reiki healing.
During this hour your group will experience:
- An immediate sense of calm
- Reduced anxiety and stress
- A feeling of being connected to who they truly are
- A break from the stressors in their lives
- A feeling of being nurtured
