Join Liz and me for an evening of meditation, Reiki and bodywork. We will begin with a short discussion then move into a guided meditation with individualized energy work and craniosacral therapy. This is a great opportunity to experience these modalities in a peaceful environment. You will leave feeling a sense of calm and connection!
