Reiki Training and certification
Are you interested in learning more about the practice of Reiki and opening to this beautiful system of energy? Are you looking to feel more peace, calm and connection in your daily life? Are you looking for tools to help you move through mental, physical or spiritual discomfort?
During these small group Reiki trainings, you will receive attunements to help open your energetic pathways to Reiki Energy, and we will discover and discuss:
- The Energetic world in which we live
- Tools and meditations to help bring peace into your life
- The history and evolution of the system of Reiki
- Ways to connect to your intuition
These trainings are taught in 3 levels, with each level bringing the student deeper into the system of Reiki.
Reiki Level 1:
This level is a fun introduction to the Reiki healing system. We will learn the history and evolution of Reiki, the Reiki precepts, and practices and meditations to help harness the Reiki Energy. You will receive attunements to help you open to this new energy and learn to practice on yourself and your loved ones. This is a relaxed and intimate group setting which allows us to ask questions, discuss, and practice BOTH giving and receiving this beautiful energy.
Reiki Level 2 (Pre-requisite Level 1):
At this level we will continue our journey and deepen our understanding and practice of Reiki. We will introduce mantras and symbols to help channel Reiki energy, receive another attunement to expand your consciousness, and learn to send distance Reiki. At this level we will also explore possibilities for your Reiki practice, with the option of a professional Reiki practice if you feel called. This level will also have ample time for reflection and practice in both giving and receiving Reiki.

Reiki Level 3/Master Level (Pre-requisite Level 2):
At this level we begin to embody Reiki Energy. We are committed to self-growth and expansion, and we feel called to the service of others. We will introduce another Reiki symbol, receive another attunement, and learn more practices to live Reiki through our daily lives.
